What is cold pressing?
We use a hydraulic press that slowly applies thousands of pounds of pressure to extract the maximum amount of juice possible from fresh produce. It's more time consuming than using loads of heat pasteurised purees and pulps, but we think it's worth the hassle.
Do I need to keep my GingerDog in the fridge?
Our shots are perishable and need to be kept refrigerated, please keep chilled between 0-4°C.
How long will my GingerDog last once opened?
Once opened, consume within 7 days.
Do GingerDog contain any additives or preservatives, colours, and flavourings or sugars?
Absolutlely not! We don't use any additives or preservatives, colours, flavorings or sugar. GingerDog products contain only the natural sugars found in plants.
How many shots can I drink a day?
We drink 1-2 shots a day, but it completely depends on the person - if you have any queries or questions about introducing anything new to your routine please consult your doctor.
Are GingerDog vegan?
Yes, they are! So it's suitable for vegans, vegetarians, meat eaters and everything in between.

What is the white stuff in the bottom of my bottle?
The white sediment you can see in your bottle is called Gingerol and is the natural, active compound found in our ginger. This is nothing to be worried about. It is a result of us using the highest quality ginger which produces more of the sediment you can see. Please give the bottle a gentle shake.

Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to almost all residential or business addresses across Metro Vancouver.
When will my order arrive?
You will receive them within 5 days.
Can I return my order?
Our products are perishable so we don't accept returns, but if you have a problem with your order please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org
When and where can I pick up my order?
We currently don't have a storefront so pick up is at our shared kitchen. Once you place an order, we'll contact you to schedule a time for you. Times can be scheduled 9am-9pm, 7 days a week. Pick up location is at YVR Prep, 5279 Still Creek Ave A5, Burnaby BC V5C 5V1
